Cancellation Policy
ATTENTION: The trailer is under video surveillance for promotional purposes and to address any potential damage or emergencies. If you wish not to appear on social media, please send a written notice of disapproval before the event starts, so we can take your preference into account for our promotional activities. In case of damage or emergencies, we will take the necessary actions as recorded. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty (full refund) by notifying us at least 14 days before their scheduled appointment or reservation time.
